Uploading your address book? – sorry, not at the moment.

We’re rebuilding the upload utility and expect it’ll be available shortly, but for the moment we don’t do it.

For some people this isn’t a problem. They take the view that their email address book is just that – not a customer database. It’s full of stuff they don’t want in their management solution, and what they do want usually isn’t as tidy as they want either.

This gets to be even more true when several people are going to share a Front Office Box – consolidating multiple address books isn’t something anybody does well.

Despite that we recognise creating new contact records will be a barrier for some people and will be offering an upload utility at some point in the near future.
