We organize plans in four sections – see the sidebar. The functions are the same, except sales plans are presented in a list with values, probabilities and weighted values.

The video demonstrates three approaches to sales plans:

• Sales list with unplanned actions (no milestones)
• Sales list with milestones (no actions)
• Sales Pipeline Management with milestones, planned actions and unplanned actions
