Tags let you define your data in your own way! See the video for a quick introduction.

We already offer the ability to allocate Plans and Actions to people in your company – they need to be added under Manage My Account. Tags add other dimensions to suit the way you want to organize your information – geographies, groups, networks, customers, prospects, vendors, partners, etc.

It’s good idea to put some thought into how you want to use Tags – they can get out of hand if you use too many
